Only active stickers respond
A sticker can be paused or retired — for example if it's damaged or the vehicle is sold — so it stops working immediately.

The PNG, printable PDF and sticker you'll be able to download all carry the same QR and the same CARLINK ID.
Privacy by design
Your number stays private.
The person scanning the QR does not receive the owner's personal phone number. CARLINK acts as the communication layer between the scanner and the vehicle owner.
